Touching and Caring Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to help homeless population of Los Angeles since 1997. Regardless of whether its poverty, mental illness, or substance abuse, everybody should have access to food and safe shelter. We want to do our part to help individuals and families who lack stable housing and the finances for necessities like water, food and safety.
